Where can I download 3bees
3bees can be downloaded here for Android users (version 4.0 and above) or from iTunes if you have an iOS device.
Do I have to register?
Yes you will need to register. It is a quick one-time process which will allow us to save your stamps in case you lose your device - there's no need to start from scratch.
Do I need Internet access (3G/WiFi) to access 3bees?
Yes and No - you will need internet access to download the app and to sync your stamps with our database. There is no requirement for internet access when stamping in-store. The app will automatically sync your stamps when you next have internet access.

How do I become a member?
Simply register when launching the app for the first time. Our software will require you to fill out a quick application form which shouldn't take more than 30 seconds.
What happens if I lose my phone - will I lose my data?
Nope! The beauty of our design means your data is stored in our secure database. Simply sign in with your new device and all your stamps and coupons will be restored.
Will I need to update the app on a regular basis to see new retailers and specials?
Simply log in while connected to an active data connection (WiFi or 3/4G) and the app will automatically download new content such as retailers and ready to redeem coupons. If there is anything missing, you can manually sync the app from 'My Profile'.
When I log in the screen freezes on the loading screen?
If it's your first time using 3bees, the initial loading screen will take less than a minute to load as the app needs to download all the content before you can start stamping and redeeming at retailers.
I've changed my phone but my data isn't there!
3bees requires an internet connection (either Mobile or Wi-Fi) to back up your data and does this on a periodic basis. If your phone has not done any synchronisations since your last transaction and you change phones then that data will be lost. You can manually sync your account by pressing the 'Sync My Data' button in the menu before upgrading or changing your phone just incase.
I've forgotten my password! What do I do?
Simply contact us via email and we reply back with password retrieval instructions.
